Focus Of The Month
THIS MONTH’S FOCUS IS NOTES!
All notes from your start date through May 9th are due no later than Friday, May 16th. All notes will
be checked for accurate information and documentation. This includes signatures, commentary, entered and/or missing notes, etc. If your notes are missing signatures, you are required to come into the office to print and hand sign them. Also, for those who have asked, yes the notes entered into T log will need to be signed as well! All notes are mandated by the state to have a signature. With this, any employee who has not signed their logs will need to come into the office between now and the next 2 weeks. Please dont wait until the last Friday especially those who started before our Therap integration on 2/1.
