This month is almost over with and the second half of the year is approaching. I need everyone to go back and double check your notes. Make sure they’re in! we have beneficiaries that may leave with family for a few days here and there we have beneficiaries that are in and out of the hospital. Very understandable. What I’m needing from you guys is to document the days that they’re not in the home please we don’t want any dates left blank! When I go to do the monthly report on notes I see a lot of blank dates that makes me wonder why was it not done and It also raises a red flag so if we can just go in and put something in for the date or dates that they’re not in the home!
